Directorate of the Faculty of cinema and television of the Kyiv national university of Culture and Arts.

Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts is one of the most prestigious higher education institutions in Ukraine in the field of culture and arts. The university has 11 faculties offering a wide range of study programmes in culture, art, tourism, journalism and other related fields. The university offers bachelor's, specialist's and master's degrees.

The university has a strong material and technical base, highly qualified teaching staff and successfully cooperates with international organisations. Graduates of KNUCA are the basis of the cultural, artistic and educational life of Ukraine.

Project tasks

To create a modern website for the Faculty of cinema and television, which will provide applicants with all the necessary information about admission, among other things:

  • develop the design of the interface, all sections and pages;
  • create animation of individual blocks and site elements;
  • implement adaptive html layout;
  • implement a registration system to collect data on future students.

Result of the work

The site was developed in accordance with the customer's requirements and was successfully implemented. The site has a modern design, a convenient interface and contains all the necessary information about admission to the Faculty of cinema and television.

In order to successfully implement the project and take into account the customer's wishes, the following was done:

  • Internet marketing. An Internet marketing strategy was developed, which included the promotion of the site in the Google search engine and social networks and the placement of advertisements.
  • User Interface Design. A convenient and intuitive interface was developed that meets the needs of applicants.
  • Adaptive design and page structure. The site has been designed with the different devices it can be viewed on, such as computers, laptops, tablets and smartphones.
  • Processing and optimization of graphics. The graphics on the site have been processed and optimized for fast loading.
  • Filling with textual information. The site was filled with text information about the faculty, majors, admission conditions, etc.
  • Creating object animations. Animation was used to make the site more interesting and informative.
  • Integration of the YouTube channel of the faculty. The faculty's YouTube channel has been integrated into the site so that applicants can watch videos about the faculty and its activities.
  • Registration of applicants. A registration system was developed for applicants, which allows them to quickly and conveniently apply for admission to the faculty.
  • Basic SEO optimization. Basic SEO optimization of the site was carried out so that it would be more visible in the Google search engine.

As a result of these actions, a modern and informative site was created that meets the needs of applicants and helps them learn more about the Institute of Cinema and Television.
